Refunds & changes

$775 per guest for your selected day, taxes included, with no card or booking fees: a $387.50 deposit when you book and the $387.50 balance by January 7, 2027. If you book after January 7, 2027, call us for current payment timing.

Cancel on or before November 8, 2026 for Saturday, February 6, 2027, or on or before November 9, 2026 for Sunday, February 7, 2027, and we refund your $387.50 deposit per guest (half the $775 price) plus anything you have paid toward the balance.

After your cutoff date the deposit is not refundable, but you can change a guest’s name at any time before your event day. If you cancel after your cutoff date and before January 7, 2027, we refund any balance you have already paid, so paying early never costs you more.

If your balance is still unpaid on January 7, 2027, we will email you a final reminder with a deadline to pay. If it is still unpaid after that deadline, we may cancel the booking and keep the payments already made.

If we cancel your day for low attendance, you receive a full refund and at least ten days’ notice. If we cannot hold your day for any other reason, including a parade that is cancelled and not rescheduled, you also receive a full refund.

If the carnival organizations decide to reschedule due to weather, whether it is the day before or the day after the original parade date, the services will still be provided by Mardi Gras Made Ez for the guest. It is the responsibility of the group, guests or individuals to make themselves available to attend any of the balcony party functions when the parade is rescheduled. If they are unable to do so, Mardi Gras Made Ez will not provide any refunds or credits.

To cancel or change a guest’s name, email info@mardigrasmadeez.com.
