Terms and Conditions
Effective .
1. Who these terms cover
These terms cover use of the Mardi Gras Made EZ website and purchase of the Balcony Hopper. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Mardi Gras Made Ez. “You” means the person who books and each guest they book for. Other experiences are booked by inquiry and are governed by the terms we give you for that experience; the Balcony Hopper price and Refund Policy do not apply to them.
Contact us at info@mardigrasmadeez.com or (504) 606-6261. Our address is 1524 Edwards Avenue, Suite #2, New Orleans, LA 70123.
2. The Balcony Hopper
You book one event day: Saturday, February 6, 2027 (Endymion) or Sunday, February 7, 2027 (Bacchus). Each day is limited to 55 guests.
The day starts on a semi-private Bourbon Street balcony with a premium open bar, a DJ, beads and restrooms. We then take you to a semi-private balcony on the St. Charles Avenue parade route for your day’s parade, with a New Orleans-style food spread and a premium open bar. Meeting instructions are sent after you book. Parade timing, routes and rescheduling are decided by the parade organizations and public authorities, not by us.
Hotel accommodation, gratuities and your ride home or back to your hotel after the parade are not included. You arrange your own onward transportation.
3. Price and payment
The price is $775 per guest, including taxes. We do not add card, convenience or booking fees. You pay a $387.50 deposit per guest when you book, on Stripe’s secure checkout page, and the remaining $387.50 per guest is due by January 7, 2027. You can pay the balance early. If you book after January 7, 2027, call us for current payment timing; we will confirm the date your balance is due, which is always before your event day.
Your booking is confirmed when your deposit payment is complete and we send your confirmation email. Check your event day, guest details and amounts before you pay. If your balance is still unpaid on January 7, 2027, we will email you a final reminder with a deadline to pay; if it is still unpaid after that deadline, we may cancel the booking and keep the payments already made.
4. Cancellations, name changes and refunds
Our Balcony Hopper Refund Policy is part of these terms and sets out exactly what we refund and when. In short: cancel on or before November 8, 2026 for the Saturday or November 9, 2026 for the Sunday and we refund your $387.50 deposit per guest plus anything you have paid toward the balance; after that, you can change a guest’s name instead of cancelling. If we cancel your day, or cannot hold it, you receive a full refund. If the parade is rescheduled because of weather, we provide the experience on the new day, and there is no refund or credit for a guest who cannot attend it.
5. Guests and conduct
Every guest must be 21 or older on their event day. Give us accurate details for each guest, including the date of birth we use to check age. If you book for other people, share these terms and our Privacy Policy with them, and enter their details only with their agreement.
Smoking is not allowed on either balcony, and outside drinks are not allowed. Dress comfortably and casually, and treat other guests and our staff with respect. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, a guest who breaks these rules or whose behavior puts other people at risk; that guest’s place is not refunded.
Tell us about food allergies, accessibility needs or motion sickness so we can plan with you. An accommodation is arranged only once we have confirmed it with you; entering a request on the booking form does not by itself confirm it.
6. Release and contract
Each guest must sign our liability release and one-page contract before taking part. We send them for electronic signature after you book. A guest who has not signed in advance can sign a paper copy at check-in. A guest who does not sign cannot take part, and their place is treated as a cancellation under the Refund Policy on the day they decline. Accepting these terms when you book does not replace this separate signature.
7. Text messages
If you tick the booking-texts box on our contact form, Mardi Gras Made Ez may send automated text messages to the mobile number you give about your inquiry, booking confirmations, payment reminders and event updates. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase or of sending an inquiry. We do not send marketing text messages.
Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. You may receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further texts after it unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@mardigrasmadeez.com or (504) 606-6261. Our texts may come from a different number than our office phone. You can use email or phone instead of texts for everything about your booking.
You must be at least 18 to sign up for texts and the authorized user of the number you enter. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and consent records.
8. Privacy, website use and the law
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Use this website lawfully, give only information you are entitled to share, and do not misuse the forms or try to get unauthorized access. Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own terms and policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. We identify each version by its effective date. The terms shown when you book are the agreement for that booking; posting a later version does not change an existing booking. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law does not allow a business to remove. If you need a copy of the terms that apply to your booking, contact us.
